How does annual billing work?
Pay once for the year and get 12 months for the price of 10 — that's 2 months free. Solo ₹12,990, Growth ₹18,990, Enterprise ₹27,990 per user, plus 18% GST.
What are plant limits and how do I get more?
Solo includes 1 plant, Growth 2–4 plants, Enterprise 5+ (unlimited). Create plants from My Plants — when you reach your plan's limit you'll be prompted to upgrade. Limits apply to your organization's active plants.
Does every team member pay separately?
Yes — pricing is per user. Your organization's owner (Super Admin) invites teammates by email or from your company domain; each member subscribes to the tier that fits them and gets their own 7-day trial first.
What's the difference between Solo, Growth and Enterprise?
Only the plant count and storage. Every paid tier includes every module — all mix design methods (IS 10262, ACI, BRMCA, EFNARC, HSC, SCC, UHPC, CLSM, LWC), the full testing suite, NCR/CAPA, SPC, analytics, exports, team management, custom branding on your reports, and API access.
What counts as a "design"?
Each saved concrete mix design (IS 10262, ACI, BRMCA, EFNARC, or specialized) counts as one design. Editing an existing design does not consume an additional slot. Paid tiers include unlimited designs.
How does the 7-day trial work?
Your first login starts a 7-day trial with the full product — every module and unlimited designs, no restrictions and no credit card. After 7 days, unless you subscribe, your account automatically reverts to the Free tier (3 lifetime mix designs).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your subscription page. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Are payments secure?
All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. We never store your card details.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges, and your access continues until the end of the current paid period — no partial or pro-rata refund is given for the remaining time.
